Support

Help with sign-in, purchases, questions and your data.

Contact us

Email support@swipeexam.com. We are a very small team and aim to reply within three business days. Please include the email address on your account, your phone model and app version (Settings), and what you were doing. Never send us a password.

Trouble signing in

  • Email link did not arrive. Check spam and promotions folders, wait a minute, and make sure you typed the same address you signed up with. Request a new link; only the newest one works.
  • Link says it expired or was already used. Sign-in links work once and expire quickly. Request a fresh one in the app.
  • Link opens in a browser, not the app. Open the email on the phone that has SwipeExam installed. Then tap the link, or tap “Open SwipeExam” on the page that appears.
  • Used “Hide My Email” with Apple. Your account email may be a private relay address. Mention that when you write to us.

Purchases and Premium

  • Premium missing on a new phone. Open the paywall or Settings and tap “Restore purchases”, signed in with the same store account that paid.
  • Cancel. Subscriptions are managed in the store, not by us. iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Android: Google Play, profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions. See the subscription terms.
  • Refunds. Apple and Google handle refunds. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or the order history in Google Play.

Report a mistake in a question

Tap “Report an error” on the card, choose a reason and add a short note. You can also email us the question ID (shown on the card and in web question URLs). Please do not put personal details in the note. We review reports and fix or retire questions that fail. See send a report by email.

Delete your account

Follow the steps on the delete-account page.

Privacy requests

To see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw AI tutor consent, read the Privacy Policy and email us from the address on your account.

Report a security problem

If you find a security problem, email support@swipeexam.com with “Security” in the subject. Give us a reasonable chance to fix it before sharing details, and do not access other people’s data.
